Oceanside Photo and Telescope (OPT), a famed astronomy and telescope company in southern California came to us back in 2017 for an update to their Shopify storefront. They needed help in letting customers search their 20,000+ sku catalog, improve placement of their big ticket products, and streamlining their brand across all their communication channels. 

First we focused on their Shopify storefront. We made it easy for the end users while modifying the admin so that sales and marketing were allowed to update it with new content without hassle. Once the team was able to use their website as a sales tool our next step was updating how products are added to the website, reducing mistakes, and improving SEO with more accurate product specs and descriptions. 

Once products and content were regularly added we started a series of A/B tests on different layouts and colors to see where we wanted to move with the branding. After a few iterations we found a type, size, and color we wanted across all marketing channels. 

In just under a year OPT saw their storefront double their year-over-year (YOY) gross sales, mail leads, and return on ad spend
